  • Apply sunscreen daily

A broad-spectrum, water-resistant one with SPF 30 or higher is recommended to protect your skin.
  • Stay hydrated
    Dry skin tends to get fine lines easily. People who consume lots of fluid are less likely to have wrinkles. Drinking at least two liters of water daily will keep your skin healthy and hydrated.
